Hello! I'm a senior at Harvard College, studying History and Literature with a focus in American Studies. I have multiple years of experience in math tutoring in a wide range of levels, and I'm very passionate about American history and world literature. I'm excited to help you with assignments and test prep for Math, English/Literature, and US History!

Throughout, my work, educational and personal experience, I have gained experience and cultural experience that goes beyond a textbook, classroom or business setting. I served as a high school biology teacher (I hold teaching license for biology grades 6-12), and am currently a professor at Tidewater Community college in the biology department. I love science and have a passion for my subject matter. I have a B.S. and an M.S. in biology and have worked in research and laboratory settings.

I have been tutoring English students for more than 5 years, now. I began teaching elementary and middle school students, and now teach all grade levels, including high school and college students. I love tutoring because helping people with frustrating and confusing assignments is a rewarding, gratifying experience. Educating students and helping them grow their understanding of the English language warms my heart!

I wish to teach people in a way that gets them excited to learn and improve their skills! I hope my enthusiasm for the subjects I teach will spread to my students.
