Certified Tutor

I am currently a 3rd year Pharmacy student studying at the University of Birmingham. Whilst studying at university, I volunteered with a company called Coachbright where I helped students from disadvantaged backgrounds in schools across the West Midlands. Every Wednesdays, I would teach at these schools in groups of 5 to 6.

I have also been partaking in private tutoring where I have tutored my cousins in GCSE English Language, as well as GCSE Maths and Sciences with amazing results. As well as this, I have also worked with a company called GoStudent where I have worked with students as little as ages 7-8 in thier KS1- KS2 studies.

Whilst I tutor a variety of age ranges and a plethora of subjects, my strongest subjects would be Maths and Chemistry.

In the past, I have also helped students in entry exams such as 11+ exams, as well as SATs undertaken in year 6. As I am a pharmacy student, I have helped proof read personal statements for entry into Pharmacy, as well as aided in interview preparation.

I am a firm believer of equal opportunities and equal education, which can help students become more satisfied and strive to succeed no matter where they initially stand. I always work with students from the absolute fundamentals and make each session challenging as well go, encouraging asking questions and annotating the screen.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, as well as making videos (video editing) as well as playing guitar.
