I have worked in education for 23 years. I started as a substitute teacher, then got hired as a paraprofessional and finally as a Music Teacher for 5 years. I have a Bachelor of Music Degree in Piano Pedagogy, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education K-6 and a Master of Science Degree in Early Childhood Special Education. I attend many professional development opportunities to learn more and stay current on different education practices. I enjoy working with children and also learning from my students. I enjoy learning new things including tools to help me aid the child in reaching their full potential.

I enjoy playing games on my phone, playing with my pets, watching movies, singing, playing piano, eating out, live theater, festivals and concerts. I have an extensive background in music which is my first love. I also enjoy spending time with those I care about.
