There's no limit to what you can learn!
I am a master's graduate with a degree in psychology and a bachelor's in chemistry. I plan to mentor in the subjects related to these fields but I also have trainings in: research methods, statistics, and reading and writing research papers. I've also taken a personal interest in information technology, cryptocurrency, and quantum computers as these fields become more relevant and mainstream. Aside from my tech-y nature, I compose music and play in bands in my free time. No matter what function I take on, helping people understand difficult concepts and solving problems is my forte. I work hard to explain them in plain english so that we can have a dialogue along with a lecture. I consider my efforts a success when we learn to use a common language. My teaching philosophy is: get the students to ask questions. As the instructor, I need information that shows the student understands. And it isn't enough to simply ask "do you understand". I believe a good teacher can give their students the confidence to acquire more knowledge when they ask questions.

My interests revolve around learning technology. As a musician, I've taught myself how to use the hardware and software so I can focus on making art. One day, and with lots of practice, I believe I can earn as a sound engineer on the side. I like working with computers too. More specifically I'm into scripting and playing with software like R-studio to help automate my work.
