Certified Tutor

I graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish. Since earning my degree, I completed a two-year commitment as a corps member with Teach for America (TFA). TFA is an organization that works to analyze gaps in the education system and fills roles based on the belief that all children have the right to an equitable, excellent education. Throughout my commitment in the corps, I taught Spanish I, Spanish II, and Spanish III. I also served as the ESL leader in my school and have experience tutoring all subjects for high school-age students whose first language is not English. I also use my background in psychology to work with all of my students on study-skills that are beneficial for encoding (storing new information in the long-term memory).
In my free time, I love to play soccer, run, try new foods, hike, and hang out with friends!
