Certified Tutor
I am a lawyer in the Washington, D.C. area. I tutor in the test prep space - primarily for the SAT, ACT, and LSAT.
I graduated from the University of Alabama in 2013, where I was a National Merit Scholar. I then spent one year in the Washington, D.C. area as a SAT/ACT instructor for a testing company, where I taught at four different area high schools and marketed company services to area high school students.
I then attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where I was awarded a full tuition scholarship in part from my LSAT score. I also taught an SAT course for the same testing company during my time in law school.
My teaching philosophy is simple: figure out what works for you and assisting you in achieving your best score. I'm pretty much always available to answer questions even outside of our tutoring time.

Outside of work, my main interests include: Sports - I am a HUGE sports fan, especially of the Alabama Crimson Tide, Virginia Cavaliers, Baltimore Ravens and Washington Capitals. My Saturdays and Sundays often include me glued to whatever football games are on. Reading - I have a decently large library at home, but I am always trying to expand it. I have books related to politics, economics, religion, nutrition, history, leadership, and law. Working Out - One thing I did during COVID was start to build out my home gym a bit more. I also enjoy walking around outside - I try to talk an hour long walk on a daily basis while listening to podcasts.
