I have a PhD in computer science from Louisiana State University, and over 30 years of experience practicing software engineering and software development across multiple industries.

I take pride in one-on-one tutoring and coaching motivated students in Python, Coding Challenges (USACO), Distributed Computing, Discrete Math, Data Structures and Algorithms. I coach my students from the point of view of making them skilled and talented to the point that I would hire them in a software engineering role - regardless of their age. One of my students is in 6th grade and he is already hirable. Under cloud computing I ended up teaching operating systems, Hadoop, Kafka, Paxos Algorithm and many complex topics.
