Certified Tutor

I am currently a fifth grade ELA teacher and have years of experience working with kids of all different ages. I am skilled in a number of different areas and work hard to make sure instruction is individualized to fit student needs.

I am passionate about meeting students where they are at and designing instruction in a way that ultimately benefits the student. I believe that every student can learn if given the right tools, patience, and encouragement along the way.

Outside of teaching, I like to spend my time outdoors and being physically active. I enjoy hiking, running, going to the gym, reading, and writing. I like to find out students interests outside of school and use those to make instruction more engaging.
