As a leader and life-long learner, I want to help develop future generations of leaders. As well, supporting social and personal grow through academic achievement. I graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, minoring in History. I also hold a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Herzing University. I have 17 years of service with the U.S. Army, leading, training, mentoring and coaching soldiers both professionally and individually to meet their goals. My service continues with the Army Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel dealing with world wide logistical requirements in maintenance, transportation and supply train operations. Both of my parents are retired teachers, so I have a deep seeded belief in the long-term benefits of education. In my spare time, I enjoy woodworking, reading, learning, scuba diving, Disney history and many other diverse activities.
