I am deeply passionate about helping students succeed because I believe that every learner has the potential to achieve great things with the right guidance and support. The moment I see a student grasp a difficult concept or gain confidence in their abilities, I know I've made a difference. This drives my commitment to being a tutor who not only teaches the material but also fosters a positive and encouraging learning environment.

With 5+ years of experience tutoring students of various ages and backgrounds, I have honed my ability to adapt my teaching strategies to meet each student's unique learning needs. Whether working with elementary school students struggling with foundational concepts or preparing high school students for college entrance exams, I bring patience, flexibility, and creativity to every session.

I earned my master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary. I tutor a variety of subjects, including math (algebra, precalculus, calculus, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics) and Physics. My favorite subjects to tutor are Math and Physics because I enjoy seeing students connect with the material in meaningful ways and develop a lasting understanding of key concepts. These subjects are where I can most effectively make a direct impact on a student's academic growth.

My teaching philosophy centers around making learning both engaging and accessible. I believe that students learn best when they feel confident, supported, and motivated to take on challenges. I take the time to understand each student's strengths and areas for improvement, and I work to create a personalized plan that aligns with their goals. I focus on building not just academic knowledge, but also critical thinking and problem-solving skills that students can apply beyond the classroom.
