Certified Tutor

I was born and raised in Germany and moved to the UK in 2019 to study Digital Media Development at the University of Westminster, where I graduated in 2022. While my academic focus was on media development and computer science, my passion for education found expression through my previous roles as a Biology tutor and German language teacher, where I interacted with students in an engaging and educational manner, tailoring my approach to their individual needs and fostering a supportive learning environment.

My journey as a German language teacher was a natural extension of my background. To achieve high-quality language lesson development and delivery, I implement a variety of approaches to ensure language success for my students. In my experience, the best way to teach a language beyond the traditional classroom setting is to adopt and embrace interactive and dynamic teaching methods, incorporating multimedia resources, cultural immersion activities and real-life language scenarios. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active by running and cycling, as well as trying new recipes and listening to podcasts!
