Certified Tutor

I am a Georgia-licensed, Oregon-licensed, and Idaho-licensed and American Speech Language Hearing Association Certified Speech Language Pathologist with 15 years of experience treating and teaching children from birth to 18 years of age with speech and language delay/disorder. I have worked in early intervention with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with Individualized Family Service Plans. I have also worked in the school setting with grades Pre-K-12th grade, and I currently own and operate a private, speech therapy practice. In my experience, parents of children that are having difficulty using words to communicate effectively, having difficulty being understood due to sounds coming out incorrectly, or having difficulty following directions are always looking for ideas, resources, and strategies to use to work with their children at home. I am so glad to be apart of this platform to provide parents and their children a more laid, back but effective approach to developing and enhancing their children's communication skills in all areas: phonics/sound production, memory skills, following directions, reading comprehension).
