Tutoring assistance is essential for student learning. However, the most responsibility should be placed on the student, where the student owns his education. I work to develop the skill of student ownership, where there is an ultimate desire for the student to learn on their own. I also believe in the power of repetition, and I plan my tutoring sessions on repeating the same examples, where the student eventually builds the needed capacity. I will be consistent with content delivery planning sessions depending on student needs, considering a personalized learning path.
